The TITAN RS50 Series Automatic Automatic filling and Packaging machine is designed for bagging all types of premade open mouth big bags (Sacks) needs. The process, starts by selecting empty bag from the magazine by means of vacuuming, opening the the mouth of bag and automatically put it under filling cone of overhead weigher or dosing system. The big bag is presented under the spout by mechanical clamps, that consistently maintain the form of the flat bag until the bag is transported through sealing station and then leaves the machine. TITAN RS50 studied to offer a unique solution for packing a large range of bag shapes; thanks to the modular design, it can be upgraded at any time with accessories and devices to respond to the ever changing needs of the market.
